Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is due to an error on behalf of Haveras or due to an item defect, which shall be agreed with our customer service team prior to the return. It is essential to obtain a return authorisation before sending back any items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We strive to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, however, given the nature of some goods we sell, damage can occur in transit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any transit damage or shortage must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in your claim being rejected, as it becomes difficult to prove the damage happened in transit rather than during storage or installation at your property.

To receive a full refund, items must be returned in reasonable condition with all original packaging, instructions and fittings intact. We reserve rights to make a deduction from the refund for “diminished value” if:

  • the goods have been handled more than necessary(ie.attemptted installation, scratched or marked)

  • original packaging is damaged, written on, or missing

  • The unit has been assembled, drilled, or modified in any way.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Liability limitations

We are not liable for any third-party costs, we strongly advise against booking trades people until you have received, inspected, and verified your goods are correct and undamaged.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or damage to property during installation.
